Cancellation and Refund Policy

All Services are subject to our Terms and Conditions – The Mastery Venture.

If, for any reason, I am unable to attend appointments I will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and ensure that you do not lose your purchase.

Please note the following cancellation and refund conditions apply to all clients:

  1. 1 to 1 Email Coaching Pay As You Go

    Fees are payable on receipt of the invoice and prior to the sending of my responding Coaching emails.
    If you wish to terminate my services, you may do so at any time.
    Refunds must be requested in writing to jenny@themasteryventure.com within 14 days of payment, providing the contract has not been partially or fully fulfilled.
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of partial refunds should the contract have been partially fulfilled within that 14 day period.
    Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the money to return to your account.
    Refunds are not issued after 14 days from registration.

  2. 1 to 1 Email Coaching Programmes/Packages

    Unless otherwise agreed prior to commencement, full fees are payable at the commencement of the programme to secure the agreed fee. 
    If you wish to terminate the programme, you may do so at any time.
    Refunds must be requested in writing to jenny@themasteryventure.com within 14 days of payment, providing the contract has not been partially or fully fulfilled.
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of partial refunds should the contract have been partially fulfilled within that 14 day period.
    Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the money to return to your account.
    Refunds are not issued after 14 days from registration.

  3. Mastery Bootcamp

    Fees are payable on the commencement date of membership and the monthly anniversary date thereafter.
    You have a 14 day money back guarantee if within this timeframe you decide the membership is not right for you – no questions asked.
    Refunds must be requested in writing to jenny@themasteryventure.com within 14 days of payment, providing the contract has not been partially or fully fulfilled.
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of partial refunds should the contract have been partially fulfilled within that 14 day period.
    Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the money to return to your account.
    If you wish to terminate your membership after the 14 day period, you may do so at any time with no termination fees charged, but no refund will be due.
    Refunds are not issued after 14 days from registration.

  4. Digital Download and Course Purchases

    Due to the download facility and instant access of our digital downloads, products and courses, we do not offer refunds for items purchased.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy, as part of our Terms and Conditions, is governed by the Laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim that arises between The Mastery Venture and the client associated with Terms and Conditions, any contracts or agreements will automatically come under the jurisdiction and Laws of England and Wales. By accessing this website and using our services/buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access.
